I shot yesterday against 12 guns at 300 yards and I won with highest 
                                 score and best group. I was only looing for 1/4" groups at 100 yards out of this rifle 
                                        and I can shoot 1/2" to 5/8" groupts at 300 yards. I think the only way I can 
                                        make it shoot any better is more scope. I had a 100 yard 4 shot group measuring 
                                        with a 10x comparator at ".058" sweet.

You build a truly fantastic rifle! My match AR10 is a tack driver. I am 
                                not a precision rifle shot, as many of my friends will attest. That said, I was able to 
                                put three shots in a 3-3/4 group at 1000 yards on Range 4 at MCB Quantico. It was a 
                                perfect day for shooting - there was no wind, but it was shot off of a Harris bipod, 
                                not bags! The rounds were 175 grain SMK. It was witnessed by a couple of people that 
                               I'd be glad to refer you to. The group was testament to how accurate a rifle you build,
                                 as I am not a long range competitor or bench rest shooter.

Just a brief note to thank you and your guys for an outstanding rifle. 
                            Passed the 300 round mark this morning going 5 for 5 on each of my 600 and 900 yard gongs, 
                            conditions 49 degrees, 30% humidity, bright haze, and 17-25 mph wind from 9 o'clock. Gongs 
                            are 12"x18" and while groups this morning were only moa, they are substantially better in 
                            carrier conditions. The wind resistant capabilities of the 142gr matchking in this round 
                           are amazing, beating out the 190s in .308 and 107s in 6mm by a fair margin at longer ranges. 
                            It doesn't hurt that my load with H4350 has a SD of 6, but this rifle definitely puts them 
                            in there if the shooter does his part. I have a couple of safes full of rifles, but the 
                            quality of your work, the great turn-around time, and reasonable prices insure that I will 
                            be dealing with you for any and all long range rifle needs in the future. I will also 
                            recommend your shop to anyone looking for a great long gun without hesitation.

I thought I would pass on a recent experience. If you remember, I had you 
                            build me a Rock on the factory laminate stock about 2 years ago. I subsequently moved it to 
                            an HS Precision 40x style stock. Of course, it has a Badger scope base and I mounted a 
                            Leupold 6.5-20x50 LRT with Warne QD Maxima rings. While climbing into a tall tower blind 
                            about a month ago, (it) slipped off my shoulder and fell 20 feet to the ground. I think it 
                           hit more or less muzzle first as it had about an inch of mud in the barrel. Needless to say, 
                            I was (unhappy). I went back to my truck and used my cleaning rod and a couple of dry 
                            patches to push out the mud and proceeded to hunt. After the morning hunt, I went back to 
                            camp where we have a 100yrd range and threw it over the hood of the truck on a backpack and 
                            proceeded to shoot a 3 shot group well under .5 MOA at exactly the same zero point as I had 
                            previously sighted in at. As a side note, my son Matthew shot a doe this year with his GA 
                            300WSM at a laser documented 685 yards. With about 2mph cross wind, 13.75 MOA from a 100 
                            yard zero and his dad spotting for him, he held on the front of the chest and placed a 
                            perfect heart/lung shot. This with a handloaded 165 grain Hornady Interbond chronographed 
                            at 3134 fps at the muzzle. I keep giving your number to guys around Dallas. I hope you're 
                            getting some business as a result of one very happy customer.

Finally got the .308 that you rechambered and bedded for me out to the 
                               range and rezeroed the scope to it. To say that I am pleased would be an understatement. 
                                Once again I have to say thanks! Maybe I'll take it down to AEDC and shoot it in the F 
                                class match this coming weekend. I don't shoot .308 much anymore as I have gotten real 
                                spoiled with the 6.5/284 . If you recall you barreled that one also. As soon as I 
                                receive the barrel from Gary, I will be sending you another one of my projects. It's 
                                going to be a 260 medium weight barrel, hunting rifle in a McMillan HTG stock. Once

Just an update, the .308 that you recently tuned is KILLER. It shot 1/2 
                            min out to 700 yrds today. The best 100yrd group was .260" w/45 varget 175 smk lapua brass. 
                            I also found time to break in the 300wm, lets just say she was also a one holer with GMFED. 
                            I only found time to sight in at a 100 yrds, cant wait to see what she will do L.R. Well 
                            done George, keep up the good work.

I received my rifle on the 22nd. It is even better than I expected. I am 
                            extremely pleased with it. I just wanted to thank you for your work and patience with me. I 
                            greatly appreciate your work and the speed in which the rifle was completed. I look forward

If you were to try and sum up a GAP rifle in one word, it would be a 
                                daunting task to undertake. There are some words though that come to mind when I think 
                                about my GAP. Accurate, reliable, accurate, consistent, accurate, and just simply 
                                amazing! Thanks GAP!

Just wanted to say that your rifle, that you built for me... is the best .
                                308 I have ever shot. Also, let some of the other guys from the Dept. shoot the rifle. 
                                They also felt the same way!!!!! Boy you guys got your (stuff) together down there at 
                                your shop!!! Even though that this gun cost a lot of money, its worth every penny!!!! 
                                I'm sure in May for sniper school, I should be top gun with this rifle... after the 
                                break-in, I did a 25 yard zero and let me tell you the bullets kept on shooting through 
                                the same hole. The one Officer told me, "I'd hate to be on the business end of that 
                                rifle."

Just a quick note to let you know that if you ever stop making custom 
                                rifles I am going to be very upset! I just finished shooting an 1 3/8" group at 700 
                                yards with a 260 AI built by GA earlier this year. Not only does the rifle shoot 
                                ridiculously well, everything was done in only three weeks!! Holy cow. Nobody has that 
                              fast of a turnaround - truly awesome work. I strongly recommend GA to anyone looking for 
                                a riflesmith. These guys know how to build rifles, period.

Just letting you know Sunday shot the Ft. Knox 1000yd match in F Class. 
                                Wind was doing weird things all day long, a lot of water laying around so mirage was 
                                pretty bad. Managed to shoot a 370-2X (185-2X and 185) and win both 20 round matches 
                                and the overall aggregate. In 6 matches I've won 3 with that rifle. Also with only 
                                having shot probably 5 rounds prior with it my brother jumped on the rifle in the 
                                second match and shot a 182-4X with it finishing I believe 3rd in the second match.

George, due to illness I was unable to shoot the 338 you guys rebarreled 
                                until today. One word-UNBELIEVABLE! Fantastic job - the guys that say the 338LM won't 
                                shoot at 100-300 yards - don't know what they are talking about. After the somewhat 
                                tedious but necessary breakin and just getting around to shooting several 5 shot groups 
                                accuracy is beyond my expectations. All loads, both 250 gr. and 300 gr. bullets simply 
                                amazed me. That is one outstanding combination the original Lilja barrel NEVER was even 
                                close. Thanks again, I can't wait to see that 300WM you guys are building. Kudos and 
                                accolades to your fine staff.

                                I just wanted to write and let you know that I finally got the chance to shoot out past 
                                100 yards with the .308 A-5 Desert Camo Obermeyer rifle you built for me. I was able to 
                                get out to 200 and 300 yards. The rifle is doing really well. At 100 the rifle is 
                               grouping .20-.25 center to center with the 168g FGMM and 175 Corbon's. At 200 the rifle
                                 is around .60-.75, and at 300 it is hitting around 1.00-1.15. I am so pleased with the 
                                 build, and honored to own such a nice weapon.

                                I am sure this is no surprise to you, but I thought I'd let you know. Within the next 
                               few weeks I'll be able to shoot out to 600, 700, 800, 900 and 1000 yards. The Obermeyer 
                                barrel is a pleasure to clean and break in. It picks up so little fouling from the 
                                copper. Thanks for building this great piece for me.Take care, and thank you

Just wanted to let you know my rifle,a 308 with aics stock and 20" barrel 
                            will shoot everything including some 308 fmj ammo from lc86 made for m-60 into a half inch 
                            or less. Most ammo will shoot into one hole group at 100 yards. Thanks again for the

George, I just wanted to let you know how my rifle shoots.I have fired 
                                220 rounds exactly to date. Your half minute guarantee is conservative, this is a 
                               quarter minute rifle. The 22 inch barrel you installed is amazing, this barrel does not 
                               foul. Velocity is within 100 fps of my 26 inch Remington PSS with 175 match kings. I 
                               have fired the rifle several times at 1000 yards. I am 34 MOA up at 1K with a 100yd zero 
                                20MOA Badger base and 8-32X Nightforce NXS. This thing is a dream to shoot, my Wife who 
                                never shoots routinely rings the 1K gong. I placed an order with you and you delivered 
                               110% to my requests and expectations. The rifle functions 100%. Not one problem with fit 
                                or function whatsoever. The rifle is worth every penny spent. I wanted to express my 
                                gratitude to you and your crew for your proffesionalism as craftsmen, you have earned a

Dear Gap,
                                My First forey into what I thought at the time was a custom acurized rile was in 2008.
                                A .257 Weatherby Mag sub MOA from Weatherby's custom shop. I had to focus to shoot 
                                under an inch at 100 yards.
                                The Milspec M40A3 I recieved from you guys, shot under a 1/4 inch for the first 40 
                                rounds. (I ran out of good factory ammo).
                                I am not sure what I am trying to say... The Weatherby is now for sale, it now seems 
                                like a waste of money. Do you take trade-ins? Your rifles are amazing! I will never 
                                buy another bolt action off the rack again.

I want to thank GAP for doing some superb work building my rifle. Just 
                                doing standard work, trigger job and rebarrel, the quality was higher than any other

I just got my rifle (after the California 10 day wait). I want you to  
                       know how pleased I am with how it came out. You guys did a great job! I could not be happier.

Just writing to tell you guys about your great job on my rifle . It shoots
                                flawless I was only breaking it in an getting a zero at the 100 yard range . I was about
                                 40 rounds deep and quite pleased with its performance of 5 round connected groups in 
                                 the center of the X . I saw through my spotting scope that there was a fly in my 7 
                                 ring . So I turned up the power and took the shot . I knew I got him gone . Looked in 
                                 my spotting scope again No he was on the other side . So I told the guy on my left to 
                                 watch wile I took a shot and see what happened . Bang ! You got him I watched it drop .

                                Sure enough I get to the target There were two and I got them both. Its a pretty good 
                                target with the flys sprayed accost them . I cant wait to get it out to the longer 
                                ranges. Im just waiting on a couple guys to bring me some parts at the next match for

I just wanted to compliment you and your crew for building an amazing 
                                rifle for me. This is the sixth rifle that you have built for me over the years and 
                                they just seem to be getting better all the time. This gun routinely shoots 1/4 to 3/8 
                                moa @ 100 yards and 3/8 to 1/2 moa out to 1000 yards. My final load is 139 Scenar, 48 
                                gr of 4831, 210M and a match prepped Rem case. This gives me 2840 fps @ 5400 elev. I 
                                only need 25.5 MOA to achieve first round hits @ 1000 yards. Thanks again for an 
                                incredible rifle.

G.A.P. built a .338 Lapua to my custom specs in 2004. It has become my 
                            favorite rifle by far. It allowed me to take a magnificant Nebraska whitetail in 2007 that 
                            scored 174 1/8 Boone and Crockett, The shot was right at 450 yards. And I had total 
                            confidence in this rifle. This rifle performs awesome at long range. I hope to get another 
                            rifle from you in the near future. Thank you

George,Just want you and Moon to know that the old pre64 Mod 70 
                      Winchester sporter you rebarraled for me has been shooting sub-minute out to 400 yards (as far as
                       my range goes). Needless to say I'm very happy with Moon's work. Last hunting season it 
                            accorded itself well, 3 shots = 2 Mule Deer and 1 Antelope.

Just wanted to drop a note on the base rifles my sniper team ordered in 
                               2008. They shoot sub moa out of the box, were put immediately into our operations, stand 
                                up to the day to day abuse and are the best option out there for our primary mission, 
                                Saving lives!

I recently purchased a 338 LM "rifle ready to go." After the recommended 
                              break-in procedure I ran three shots through it to see how the rifle would group at 100m. 
                                The result was a cloverleaf .422" center-to-center group. Very impressive considering 
                                the bullet diameter is .338! I have since shot it at varying distances to include many 
                                shots beyond the 1000y mark. The result has always been the same - freakish accuracy. 
                                Everyone who witnesses this rifle's accuracy has been impressed. This is (without 
                                question) THE most accurate, well-built rifle I have ever owned. My hat goes off to the 
                                GA Precision team, top shelf craftsmanship. Jon

                                competitive shooting I have had the opportunity to test and use many quality sniper

I am a Police Officer in CT and part of an ERT unit. I have been shooting 
                                a precision rifle for just over 17 years. I then treated myself to a GA rifle. The

My GAP .260 continues to impress me. It is the most laser like gun in my 
                                safe. After 250 rounds it regularly shoots 1/4-3/8 moa @ 100 yrds and 1/2 moa @ 1000

"I was stubbornly determined to prove the viability of an auto-loader in 
                                practical military precision marksmanship competitions, against the advice of other 
                                dedicated long-distance shooters with numerous wins under their belts.

                                I was recommended to GA Precision by Ray Sanchez, and had George and Jeff build me a 
                                custom-contoured Obermeyer-piped AR10 on a set of DPMS AP4 receivers. The rilfe turned 
                                out beautifully, and exceeded my idealistic expectations-as well as the facory accuracy 
                                guarantee of .75 MOA for auto-loaders. Not only does it produce higher-than-expected 
                                velocities, but it shoots 4 and 5-round strings into .5 MOA all day long. Before, 
                                during, and after the competiton, it cycled like snot on a doorknob. As I watched 
                               several teams having hiccups with their bolt guns in the driving wind, rain, and blowing 
                                sand, the GAP AR10 kept singing as the targets fell. At the end of 2 days of shooting, 
                                stalking, humping through the marshy woods, and continuous field conditions, the GAP 
                                AR10 helped me and my partner win 2nd Place-the first time a foreign team has placed 
                                within the top 3 in FinnSniper's history. Normally, using a .308 will handicap you out 
                                of the top 3 slots as you're up against teams using 6.5's and .338 Lapua Magnums.

Just wanted to write a quick note to share my GAP sucess with you. I 
                            figure you more than deserve to hear it since I was a pain in the ass while I was in Iraq 
                            and you were building my stick. I competed in the Gastonia Sniper Conference about a week 
                            ago with one of my Soldiers as my partner. He was shooting one of our issued M24s and I was 
                           running the stick you built (Templar action, manners t4a etc.). We won the Lowlight event 
                           with the fastest time and a perfect score. We were in the lead for most of the Comp, pissing 
                            guys off cause we came out of nowwhere since we are always deployed. Any who, our M4's 
                            failed us, or should I say the M4's we drew from the arms room so as to not have to strip 
                            ours. We placed 3rd over all. I had only about 370 rds down my GAP before the comp and I 
                            could not believe how shit hot it was shooting. Thank you again for your hard work and 
                            dedication to perfection. Cant wait to start my next build. Ill send some pics your way as

George, I have finished with with the ten round shoot and clean break in 
                              and wanted to let you know out of all the rifles I have done this with, all being custom 
                                builds, none have been more easy and stress free than this Rock Rifle. What is so 
                                amazing is while after settling on a powder charge and bullet weight, from the third to 
                                the ninth shot were all so close to being one hole shots I was beginning to wonder if I 
                                was even hitting the target board, then the tenth shot was just outside the group. I 
                                guess I find this so incredible because they were all cold bore shots. Glad to have 
                                done business with you and looking forward to the next project.

I own 6 GA Precision rifles and they all shoot one hole groups. I have 
                            one 243 ackley that has 2500 rounds on the barrel and it still shoots half inch moa. George 
                            is a great guy to do business with.

I had been looking at GA Precision for several months and recently had 
                            the opportunity to buy 1 of your rifles as I was not patient nor was I sure exactly what I 
                            wanted. It is a 308, Templar action, AICS chassis, Bartlein fluted barrel. I am a lifetime 
                            hunter, have always enjoyed shooting, but have NEVER done any serious long range shooting. 
                            I had the opportunity to take the gun to a range this past weekend with gongs and targets 
                            out to 500 yards. After getting my settings to shoot the 500 yards targets, my first group 
                            was 1/2 MOA at 500 yards. Once again, I have never shot at this range before. By the end of 
                            my session, I rang the 6" gong 7 times in a row at 500 yards and stopped there because it 
                            was not really a challenge anymore. My only regret was that the range was not longer. Truly 
                            impressive weapon. I have always had the attitude that if a gun does not really shoot, it 
                            is not worth owning. The bar has been raised and I have a gun or two I'm looking to sell 
                            so I can buy another GA Precision rifle.

George just wanted to let you you know that my round count on the .308 you
                            built me is around 300 and it consistently is demonstrating a 1/4 MOA. What a joy to shoot 
                            this precisional instrument! I get nothing but compliments from other shooters based on the 
                            groups that it produces. It advertises itself. I wish you and your crew the best and look

All my GAP rifles are tack drivers. I'm a hunter - not a long range 
                            competitor - however - I now have the confidence to take game out to 600 yds, where I used 
                            to limit my shots to 300 yds. These rifles are capable of even longer shots - I just need 
                            the experience. GAP rifles are "the right tool for the job".

Hi George. I picked up the M40A5 yesterday and was at the range with it 
                                today. Please tell Matt Hoch that it shoots like a laser, and the fit and finish are as 
                                good as I've ever seen. I'm really pleased with his rifle,Thanks.

Have owned some of the best hunting rifles from Brown Custom, Hill  
                      Country Rifle, Dakota, etc. After the unbelievable accuracy I experienced with GAP Crusader and 
                              Rock tactical rifles, I ordered an GAP non-typical hunter. I was not disappointed! Also,

George,Just wanted to say Thanks for building an other Great rifle, 
                        this is my third GAP rifle and like the two before it, it shoots like an excalibur of rifles,

GA Precison is the Holy Grail of Precision Rifles, I even Bagged the 
                                elusive Louisiania Cupacabra with a GAP Rifle. And tried to Bag ME-MUM in Africa 
                                but fell short.

I just got my GAP gun and found out very quickly it shoots much better 
                                than I do! The GAP built rifle is bank door solid and yet operates slick as glass. GAP 
                                rifles may well be the industry gold standard of precision rifles being built today by 
                                anyone, anywhere. I recommend GAP rifles without reservation.

George,Here is a picture of two recent targets shot with my Crusader. My 
                                rifle has over 5000 documented rounds through it and it still shoots like this. These 
                                are 3 shot groups, .250" and .390"shot consecutively, with two completely different 
                                types of ammunition. (100 yards, prone, from a bipod not a bench rest)In addition to my 
                                day job with Black Hills, I am Team Leader of the Sniper Element of the local Special 
                                Response Team. Our snipers use 180 Accubond for glass and 155 Amax for open air. In 
                                shooting these targets point of aim was the same for both rounds. The difference in 
                                point of impact at 100 yards was about. It is a great confidence builder to have a rifle
                                 that shoots this well, plus shoots the different ammunition types to essentially the 
                                 same point of impact. This type of performance is the reason that we ordered and are 
                                 eagerly awaiting 5 more Crusader rifles for our snipers. Thanks for the great rifles!

Third Time is a Charm...

                                This is my 3rd GAP rifle...some girls buy shoes....I buy rifles...and I buy them from 
                                George Gardner and his outstanding team. A love for long range shooting comes easy when 
                                you shoot GA rifles. I get asked all the time why I like them...there is the obvious: 
                                they are made like a tank and run smooth as glass. But for me--I keep buying them

Ok so it's been 3 weeks of pure fun behind my new GA M40A3. This was the
