Mark Hall


Mark Hall, Production Manager, Precision Rifle Builder


Mark joined the GA Precision team in August, 2011 upon his retirement from the US Marine Corps.  Mark served just over 20 years in the Corps as a Small Arms Repairer for four years, a Precision Weapons Armorer for over 13 years and finishing his career as a Senior Ground Ordnance Maintenance Chief.  As a Precision Weapons Armorer (MOS 2112), Mark served as Precision Weapons Armorer while at the intermediate maintenance facility in Camp Lejeune, NC. Here he also served as Floor Chief and Quality Control Chief providing maintenance support to all Marine Corps units on the East Coast. In particular, working on M40A1 Sniper Rifles, M1911 MEU(SOC) pistols, and match rifles and pistols. Mark later served as Sniper Section Head Instructor and Production Chief while at PWS Quantico, VA where he was responsible for the building and maintenance of all M40A1 and M40A3 Sniper Rifles in the Marine Corps inventory and the OJT instruction of MOS 2112 students in Sniper Section.  Mark then served as Precision Weapons Armorer and Ordnance Chief for 2d Marine Special Operations Battalion both stateside and while deployed in support of OEF. While with 2d MSOB, Mark attended the SOCOM Joint Armorer Course to gain experience with Special Operations weapons systems. Upon his promotion to Master Sergeant, Mark was assigned to Combat Assault Battalion and then 3d Maintenance Battalion where he served as Battalion Maintenance Chief and Infantry Weapons Repair Platoon Commander respectively. Mark is finally settling down and growing some roots, enjoying retirement and once again building rifles. Mark is a soccer nut at heart, enjoys the outdoors, and above all else enjoys spending time with his family.
